Christmas in Portland
Well we didn't get to go home for Christmas, but we had the next best thing and that is spending it with family. Right now, both Erich and CJ are living in Portland. Erich is busy with his first year of dental school and CJ (and his girlfriend Chrystal) are down from Fairbanks, living it up in the city. It was bit of a full house, with 5 adults and 1 bathroom, but we had a great time and can't thank the boys enough for letting us visit.

Glenn has some great memories of Portland. During his 4 years at Oregon State, Portland was the big city they would go to on the weekends to party and see concerts. Some of Glenn’s old college friends still live in the area and we were able to get in touch and visit a few. Glenn loved getting caught up with what’s going on in everyone’s lives and it was great for me to finally meet some his friends, whom I’ve heard a lot of stories about.

We also got to visit with Jamie, an old high school friend of Glenn's. Jamie and her husband live on a georgous farm just outside Portland. I am so glad I got to meet Jamie and it was fun hearing some really old 'Glenn' stories from his high school days.

74th FS Christmas Party
This year Glenn's squadron had their Christmas Party at the beautiful Oates House at Wood Lake. It was a lot of fun and I haven't had the chance to get dressed up like that in a while. Anyways, here are just a few pictures from the night.
Take note...it's me in a dress.
Who knows when you will see that again.

Everyone lookin' good!

Who brought the lobster?

Don't ask...but it was funny!
